Design intent preserved
A bathroom with a courtyard, pool or landscape outlook is designed to feel like a spa. Frosted glass, a roller shade or a plantation shutter each subtract from that. Smart film leaves the opening clean and lets the room read the way the architect drew it.
Practical notes for wet areas
- Film is applied to the dry face of the glass wherever possible
- Edge sealing and wire routing are detailed for humidity
- Control is typically placed outside the wet zone
- Silhouettes can remain perceptible against strong backlighting at night — we discuss this before specifying
Scope and budget
A single bathroom window with a straightforward wiring path is the smallest project we typically plan; the carried-over planning figure from the existing business starts around $350 for that scope. Larger ensuites with multiple panes and concealed wiring sit well above that. All figures are planning ranges pending measurement.
