Ghost Glass™ publishes a 5-year limited PDLC film warranty and a 3-year limited power-supply warranty on its current switchable-film product page. Coverage depends on correct handling, installation, wiring, testing and edge sealing.
Warranty terms are set, published and administered by the manufacturer. We follow the handling and installation requirements that keep that coverage intact, and we hand over manufacturer documentation at commissioning. Always review current terms directly with the manufacturer before purchase.
Installation requirements we follow
- Electrical connections performed by a licensed electrician
- Dry-apply installation — no water or slip solution
- Edge sealing and busbar protection per manufacturer guidance
- System planning for glass dimensions, wiring path, transformer location, control method and site conditions
- Panel-by-panel switching and testing before handover
