There is no fabric to launder, no motorised shade to service in a ceiling pocket, and nothing for a tenant to break. Control can be tied to the room's existing scene logic so a space becomes private when a meeting starts and clear when it ends.
Work can be staged after hours or by zone so the facility keeps operating. Occupied-facility scheduling is planned into the project rather than treated as an exception.

For tenant improvement and facilities teams we provide a panel schedule, control-method options and a clear delineation of electrical scope, so the film package can be bid and coordinated alongside the electrical contractor. Ghost Glass™ requires a licensed electrician for the connections.
