Smart film for condominiums
High-rise living puts neighbours close and glass everywhere. Film is the retrofit that associations can live with.
Interactive visualization — not a photograph of a completed installation.
Oceanfront and Intracoastal towers from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale share a set of constraints: strict association rules, limited elevator and freight windows, and glass that owners cannot modify. Film works within all of them because it changes nothing structural.
Association and building coordination
Exterior-facing glazing in a condominium is usually governed by association rules on appearance and uniformity, so most of our condo work concentrates on interior glass — den partitions, bathroom glass, entry vestibules and office enclosures — where the unit owner has authority.
Where exterior-facing glass is contemplated, we ask for the association's written position before quoting, and we plan around building access, service elevator scheduling and insurance requirements.
Common condo scopes
- Den or flex-room glass converted to a private guest space
- Primary bathroom glass facing the living area
- Entry vestibule and interior sidelite glass
- Glass-fronted home offices in combined units
Working in an occupied tower
Installations are clean, dry and quiet — the film is dry-applied and there is no glazing work — which makes approvals easier to obtain than for most renovation trades. Electrical connections are made by a licensed electrician, coordinated with building requirements.
